School-Based Health Centers
Delaware's School-Based Health Centers (SBHCs) provide a range of health services and are tailored by each community to meet that area's need. SBHCs were developed to work in partnership with parents, schools, school nurses and the medical community.
All students are eligible to participate in schools where SBHCs are established and their parents have registered them. SBHCs do not serve as medical homes or primary care providers.
Please visit our page to see a list of the Delaware high schools that have a school-based health center (text version). You can also visit the program homepage. Please contact the program office if you have any questions.
