Bissell Hospital (EPBH) Beginning as an eight-bed tuberculosis facility in 1912, today the Emily P. Bissell Hospital (EPBH) has 85 beds for long-term care patients. EPBH offers a warm, caring atmosphere to its patients, young and old, who may require infectious disease treatment as well as skilled and intermediate nursing care.
