DPH Services in Milford
Division of Public Health services in Milford continue to be interrupted as a result of recent flooding in the area.
- WIC services have been relocated to the Williams and Georgetown State Service Centers. For appointments, call (302) 857-5110.
- Family Planning, STD, and Reproductive Health Services have been relocated to the Williams State Service Center in Dover. Clients should call (302) 857-5150 for appointment information.
- Child Health services have been relocated. For appointments, call (302) 857-5130 in Dover, (302) 856-5213 in Georgetown, or (302) 628-2006 for Seaford.
- HIV Case management continues. For appointment information call (302) 856-5170 in Dover or (302) 856-5184 in Georgetown.
- Smart Start and Kids Kare programs have alternate service sites. For information, call (302) 856-5355.
- For Child Development Watch services, call (302) 424-7300 or (302) 632-8093.
- For general information or central administration, call (302) 856-5355.
DPH is attempting to notify those clients with appointments by phone of the above changes and expects services to be interrupted until October.
