Program/Service description	The Legal Services Program assists older persons with legal issues. Specifically, the program provides help with matters such as powers of attorney; living wills; and consumer, housing and medical issues.

Who is eligible	Delaware residents who are 60 years of age or older, with priority to those in greatest social and economic need
