ASSIST - Application for Social Services and Internet Screening Tool
This site will let you see if your household is potentially eligible for Delaware's social service programs. You can then apply for these services online. ASSIST helps you submit an application and gives you additional information to complete the process.
Fair Hearing Decisions
All individuals are given an opportunity for an impartial, objective review of actions taken in programs administered by the Division. Here you will find the results of these reviews.

Food stamp and Cash Assistance applications can be submitted to any local Division of Social Services office either in person, by a designated third party, by fax or other electronic transmission or by mail.
The Healthy Children Program (Medicaid) application can be mailed to the address found on our Contacts page.
Please mail completed applications for Medicaid to the Division of Social Services office nearest to your home.
