Purpose:	The DVI - Materials Center currently houses Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) division: Division for the Visually Impaired (DVI) Reproduction of education and reading materials into alternative mediums (e.g. Braille, Large Print and Audiocassette) Coordination of the volunteer program Oversight of "Men with a Message" program

From the North (Including: North Wilmington and Claymont) Philadelphia Pike/Route 13 South (Philadelphia Pike/Route 13 South becomes North Market Street) - or - I-95 South Route 202/Concord Pike South Turn Right onto North Market Street Proceed South on North Market Street (North Market Street becomes North King Street, which becomes South Market Street, which becomes Route 13/DuPont Highway South) Bear Left onto Route 13 North, Edgemoor Turn Right onto Rogers Road (at first light) Turn Right into Cornell Business Park (at first Right) The DVI - Materials Center is in Suites A3 & A4 in the first building on the Right From the South (Including: New Castle, Lower New Castle County and Kent and Sussex Counties) Route 13/DuPont Highway North Turn Right onto Route 13 North/Edgemoor Turn Right onto Rogers Road (at the first light) Proceed for approximately 1/4 mile Turn Right onto Cornell Drive into the Cornell Business Park The DVI - Materials Center is in Suites A3 & A4 in the first building on the Right From the East (Including: New Castle Avenue) Take Rogers Road West for approximately 1 mile Turn Left onto Cornell Drive into the Cornell Business Park The DVI - Materials Center is in Suites A3 & A4 in the first building on the Right From the West (Including: Stanton and Elsmere) Route 141 South I-295 North Take Route 13/DuPont Highway North exit(1st Exit on the Left) Proceed on Route 13/DuPont Highway North Turn Right onto Route 13 North/Edgemoor Turn Right onto Rogers Road (at the first light) Proceed for approximately 1/4 mile Turn Right onto Cornell Drive into the Cornell Business Park The DVI - Materials Center is in Suites A3 & A4 in the first building on the Right
Parking:	Parking for the DVI - Materials Center can be found in the parking lot in front of Suites A3 and A4.
