Purpose: The DLTCRP Windsor Building currently offers administrative functions by Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) division:

From the North
(Including: Dover and Wilmington)
  1. Travel on I-95 South
  2. Take Christiana Mall Road/Route 1 South exit (exit 4A)
  3. Proceed on Route 1 South for approximately 4 miles
  4. Take US-13/Route 1 South to Dover/Seashore Points exit
  5. Continue South on Route 1 for approximately 55 miles
  6. Take exit for Route 113 South
  7. Proceed on Route 113 for approximately 3 miles
  8. Turn Left onto Route 14 (which becomes N.E. Front Street)
  9. Proceed for approximately 1.3 miles
  10. The Windsor Building will be on the right

From the South:
(Including: Delmar, Laurel and Seaford)
  1. Travel on Route 113 North
  2. Turn Right onto Route 16 East (in Greenwood)
  3. Turn Left onto Route 13 North (in Ellendale)
  4. Proceed on Route 13 North for approximately 5 miles
  5. Turn Right onto Route 14 East (in Milford)
  6. Proceed for approximately 1.3 miles on Route 14
  7. The Windsor Building will be on the right.

From the East:
(Including: Ocean City, Rehoboth and Dewey Beach)
  1. Travel on Route 1 North
  2. Take exit for Route 14 West
  3. Continue on Route 14 for approximately 3 miles and proceed a half block past Walnut Street
  4. The Windsor Building will be on the left

From the West:
(Including: Harrington)
  1. Travel on Route 14 East
  2. Proceed on Route 14 East for approximately 1.3 miles past the Route 14/Route 113 intersection in Milford (Hammond Cadillac is on the Left, Exxon on right)
  3. The Windsor Building will be on the right.
Parking: Parking for the DLTCRP Windsor Building can be found behind the building or on the street directly in front of the building.
