RE:  ITB 7247, Mobile Dental Clinic Truck w/2 Operatories


All of the bids for the Mobile Dental Clinic Truck were reviewed and all were rejected 
resulting in the cancellation of this bid.  The reasons for the bids to be rejected are as 
follows:

1.)	A quote was submitted.  The specifications were not addressed in the response.
2.)	A second alternate bid was submitted.  The ITB clearly states, “Only one bid by a 
bidder”. 
3.)	Not all specifications were addressed.
4.)	The format of the bid responses were not consistent, making it difficult to 
decipher if all the specifications were met.
5.)	The cost of one of the bids far exceeds the other bids.
