Items listed below As May Be Required by the State of Delaware for use by State
Agencies, as shown above, during the period indicated.

          Shipments are to be made only upon receipt of an official State
          Purchase Order.

       Attached is your Notice of Award for Eggs for Various Delaware State Agencies 
       for the Month of September 2008.
       Please do not ask Vendor's to make deviations to specifications
       Or to make deliveries in areas for which they did not bid.
       It is each Food Service Manager's responsibility to contact the 
       Vendor immediately regarding any problems, then call the Procurement
       Branch and document the incident on the "Complaint to Purchasing Report."
