In accordance with terms, conditions and specification contained in Contract# RB-08-09 vendors are hereby 
awarded this Price Contract to furnish the items listed below as may be required by the State of Delaware for use 
by State Agencies, as shown above, during the period indicated.

Shipments are to be made only upon receipt of an official State Purchase Order.

Attached is your Notice of Award of Contract for Eggs for the month of January 2009.  Please do not ask 
vendors to make deviations to specifications or to make deliveries in areas which they did not bid. 

       It is each Food Service Manager's responsibility to contact vendors immediately regarding any 
	problems, then call the Procurement Branch and document the incident on the "Complaint to 
	Purchasing Report."
