Questions and Answers

Q. How many copies of the proposal will need to be submitted?
A. Two (2) original copies with life signatures, and eight (8) copies.

Q. Is the $12, 400 amount for members you mentioned, does this refer to 
the 85%?

A. First, the correct amount is $12, 600, and this makes up the 85% 
which is a federal share. Your organization has to come up with the 
$1,710 or 15% per member. You can get this amount from businesses, banks 
or other corporate partnerships that you have.

Q. Is there a match rate?
A. You need 48% from your agency, and the 52% comes from the federal 
government. 

Q. On page 3, it says submit 4 copies of same proposal on CDs, is this 
in addition to the 10 copies?

A. Yes.
