Q1.  Do you require that the interviews be conducted in any language 
other than English? (Workplace Solutions)

A1.  No (Eulinda DiPietro)


Q2.  Do you need delivery of the 75th percentile prices at the same time 
as the Executive Summary (4/30), or do you need the 75th percentile 
prices prior to the date?  (Workplace Solutions)

A2. Yes the 75th percentile prices and Executive Summary are both due on

Q3.  May the Work Plan be included in the Appendix as it was in 2007?

Q4.  Do you require a signed boilerplate contract as part of the 
proposal or can that be submitted at a later data (as it was for the 
2007 Market Rate Survey)? If you do want the signed contract as part of 
the proposal, should it be included in all 12 copies or just in the two 
original copies?

A4.  The signed boilerplate is not part of the proposal.  A signed 
boilerplate is expected once a vendor selected and contract negotiations 
are completed.  The boilerplate is included in the RFP in order for 
potential vendors to be aware of the Department’s expectations in 
advance and that the boilerplate will not be altered, however additional 
provisions can be included as an Appendix.  (Eulinda DiPietro)
