Questions and Answers



1.	Can you clarify project goals as related to provision of psychological services in  
Southern Delaware?

At the time the RFP was written, it was planned that this provider be able to respond to 
consultations for Child Development Watch-Milford. Currently there are plans to add 
psychological services to the Milford site outside of this RFP.

2.	Can you define subcontractors?

 Subcontractors are individuals who would be hired by a company to provide some service 
related to a specific project. For example, Nemours could contract with a food vending 
company to provide foods for the cafeteria.


3.	To whom do I direct questions regarding the preparation of the RFP proposal?

Barbara Akenhead can respond or refer these questions. Questions regarding the actual 
content of the RFP cannot be answered.
