Correction to ADRC Support Services RFP (# HSS-10-090)

Bidders should disregard the following instructions on page 14 of the RFP:
In addition, your Work Plan must include the completed “Planned Service Units and Proposed 
Objectives” form found on the last page of the Service Specifications (Attachment A).
A “Planned Service Units and Proposed Objectives” form is not included in the Service Specifications in 
Attachment A and is not required as part of the proposal for this service.
