NCP&#8217;s subject to lottery interception are those who owe $150.00 or more in past due child support.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  DCSS will send notices to NCP&#8217;s who meet the criteria for lottery interception, informing them that they are not in compliance with their\n\n\n  court orders and are subject to lottery interception. Anyone receiving a notice will have the opportunity to take action to avoid having\n\n\n  their lottery winnings intercepted.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  Within 30 days of receiving a notice of lottery interception, an NCP may pay their arrears in full, or request in writing, an <a href=\"regs.html\">administrative hearing<\/a>. Those NCPs who do not pay their delinquent child support, or request an administrative hearing,\n\n\n  will be subject to lottery interception.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  If the same NCP owes delinquent support to two or more child support cases, any money collected will be proportionately distributed among\n\n\n  all cases according to federal regulations.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  There is no guarantee that the NCP will be due lottery winnings; thus, there is no guarantee that any money will be collected by DCSS,\n\n\n  nor is there any way to predict when the money would be available for distribution to the CP.
