All DCSS customers, whether they are receiving payments or not, should contact the Division of Child Support Services to verify that their Social Security number, date of birth, Phone number and current street address are on file.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 7.5pt;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">If a change of address is needed, please forward your information to the Division of Child Support Services at PO Box 15012, Wilmington, DE 19850. Customers can verify their address or make a change by calling and speaking with a child support specialist, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m<\/span> at any of the following numbers<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul>\n\n\n\n\n <li>In New Castle County, call 302-577-7171.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n <li>In Kent County, call 302-739-8299.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n <li>In Sussex County, call 302-856-5386.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 7.5pt;\">The Division of Child Support Services\u2019 Automated Assistance Line also is available 24\/7 with information in both English and Spanish. Customers will need their case number when they call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: times;\">U.S. Bank ReliaCard\u00ae\u00a0<\/span>Pre-Paid Debit Card<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The <\/strong>U.S. Bank ReliaCard\u00ae<strong>\u00a0\u00a0is a pre-paid\u00a0debit card<\/strong> that is credited whenever a payment is posted to any\/all of a client&#8217;s child support case(s). In most cases, the money will be available within three (3) business days after DCSS applies the payment to the case(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits to the debit card include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul>\n\n\n\n\n <li>No line of credit is associated with this card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n <li>No bank account is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n <li>No need to wait for a check to arrive in the mail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n <li>No need to make extra trips to the bank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n <li>No need to pay check cashing fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n <li>Use it anywhere\u00a0Debit Mastercard is accepted!<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Visit DCSS <a href=\"brochures.html\">Brochures page<\/a> for a\u00a0ReliaCard brochure today.
