style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt;\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"indent-1\">The Advisory Council to the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services shall serve in an advisory capacity to the Director of the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services and shall consider matters relating to persons diagnosed with intellectual disabilities or specific developmental disabilities in the State and such matters as may be referred to it by the Governor, Secretary of the Department or Director of the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services.
