This year Delaware is, once again, working with Vital Research to reach individuals and their families in the DDDS service system. <\/p>\r\n<br>\r\n<br>\r\n<p>Families will be randomly chosen to participate. Vital Research&#8217;s trained interviewers will meet with individuals to learn how well the services they receive meet their needs and how the services could be improved.
