DCHI is a non-profit organization\n\n\n\n  dedicated to the implementation of Delaware&#8217;s State Healthcare Innovation Plan with a budget of $130 million, to be supported by\n\n\n\n  contributions from stakeholders and a large grant from the Center for Medicare &#038; Medicaid Innovation.
