Any expenditure by or on behalf of a health care facility in excess of\n\n\n\n          $5,800,000, or some greater amount; A change in bed capacity of a health care facility which increases the total number of beds\n\n\n\n          (or distributes beds among various categories, or relocates such beds from 1 physical facility or site to another) by more than\n\n\n\n          10 beds or more ; The acquisition of major medical equipment, whether or not by a health care facility and whether or not the\n\n\n\n          acquisition is through a capital expenditure, an operating expense or a donation. The replacement of major medical equipment with\n\n\n\n          similar equipment shall not be subject to review under this chapter. The Notice of\n\n\n\n          Intent and CPR Application can also be found within the CPR <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/dhcc\/pdf\/cprappkit.pdf\">Application Kit<\/a>.<br>\n\n\n\n          <br>\n\n\n\n        <\/li>\n\n\n\n        <li>\n\n\n\n          <strong>What is the entire process for submitting a Certificate of Public Review application and how long does it\n\n\n\n          take?<\/strong><br>\n\n\n\n          Notice of Intent starts the process and must be filed first followed by a subsequent application.
