Programs<\/h2>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            CNA training programs apply for and obtain a certificate of approval\r\n            as a private business and trade school from the State of Delaware\r\n            Department of Education (DOE). Please call the DOE at (302) 857-3313\r\n            for information.
