C., \u00a7\u00a71109 &#038; 1113) that can be imposed include the following:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n  <li>Civil money penalty \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n  <\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n  <li>State monitoring of the nursing facility\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n  <\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n  <li>Suspension of the admission or readmission of residents to the nursing facility\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n  <\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n  <li>Selective transfer of residents whose care needs are not being met\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n  <\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n  <li>In cases in which the physical health or safety of residents is in imminent risk, issuance of an emergency order temporarily\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n  transferring the management of the facility to another qualified entity.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n  <\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n  The website for Section 1109 is: <a
