Some annual surveys also include an investigation of complaints. The survey report will then be a combined report. To\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nview the most recent annual\/recertification survey report for a nursing home, intermediate care facility for persons with intellectual\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\ndisabilities or an assisted living facility, choose Annual under the facility information.
