Child Health Clinics

DPH provides limited health services such as physicals and immunizations to children (under age 19) who are well and who do not have insurance or a doctor. No sports physicals are provided.

Services are free or at low-cost, based on household income. For more information on physical or immunization appointments, contact the location nearest you.
