2024 Board Meeting Schedule - All meetings begin at 10:30 a.m. and will be held virtually with an anchor location.  Applications are due two weeks before a scheduled meeting and should be mailed or dropped off to Candace Casto, DE Health Statistics Center, Jesse Cooper Bldg., 417 Federal St., Dover, DE 19901.

To report cemetery consumer concerns, please contact the following organizations depending on the type of complaint.  The Delaware Cemetery Board does not have regulatory or enforcement power so they only refer complaints to the appropriate agency to help resolve the consumer issues, per 29 Del. C., § 7901A and 7904A.

  • Theft or vandalism – Contact the local police where the cemetery is located.
  • Code violations (overgrown with tall grass) - Contact city or county code enforcement office where cemetery is located.
