The Delaware Division of Public Health supports health professional recruitment efforts of Delaware’s medical community through membership in The National Rural Recruitment and Retention Network for Healthcare Professionals (3RNet). Through this membership, community health centers, hospitals, private practices and community based organizations have the opportunity to post job vacancies that can be easily accessed by candidates seeking employment. This is a free service, providing national exposure for your recruitment efforts. Along with job postings, practice sites may include information about their practices’ characteristics and other information. Professional marketing and recruiting firms are not eligible for this service.
Most “hits” on the 3RNet website pertain to the recruitment and retention of physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, dentists, and other health care professionals, such as nurses and pharmacists. To reach potential job candidates, 3RNet also exhibits at professional meetings, advertises in national journals, posts on commercial websites and mails brochures and letters directly to residents and training programs.
Delaware health care providers interested in recruitment are encouraged to explore this service by contacting the Health Planning and Resources Management Health Care Provider Recruitment Office. The staff can provide more information about this resource and walk you through the use of the 3RNet website.
