    Delaware 2-1-1 is a toll-free service which provides information on state government agencies and referrals to community resources.

    The Division administers a number of programs, including Medicaid, Food Stamps, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) to assist Delaware's most disadvantaged individuals and families to maintain or move toward independence.  The Division’s services are available at local state service centers.
