Information
The Medicaid Advisory Committee (MAC), formerly known as MCAC, is a federally mandated advisory group that provides guidance on Medicaid policies and programs. It includes healthcare professionals, advocates, and beneficiaries who offer input to improve Medicaid services, ensuring they meet the needs of beneficiaries and align with federal and state regulations.
The Beneficiary Advisory Council (BAC) is a group of Medicaid beneficiaries and their caretakers who provide feedback on Medicaid programs and policies. The council ensures that the voices of those directly impacted by Medicaid services are heard, helping to improve access, quality, and effectiveness of care.
MAC meetings can be viewed https://publicmeetings.delaware.gov/#/
Due to the name change of the meeting search for “MCAC” prior to July 9, 2025, and “MAC”, thereafter.
