 Development of PFAS Regulations for Delaware

The Division of Public Health, in coordination with DNREC, is in the process of developing Delaware-specific regulations for PFAS (Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances) in drinking water. As part of this process, we have initiated an Implementation Plan that will enable our continued compliance with federal standards.

ODW now accepts online payments. Payments accepted are for Delaware Licensed Drinking Water Operators who are applying for license renewals (not for new applicants) and for Public Water Systems who are paying their annual fees. Choose from the links below to access the appropriate payment portal.
