Cottage Food Establishment Program - Delaware Health and Social Services

The Cottage Food Establishment (CFE) Program within the Health Systems Protection's Office of Food Protection works to protect the public’s health by establishing basic food safety requirements for these operations. The regulations allow for the preparation of a limited type of food products made in residential kitchens.
