A women\u2019s body goes through\n\n\n\n\n  significant changes over her lifetime. Due to the many stages in a women\u2019s life, it is very important for women to receive\n\n\n\n\n  regular check-ups, and follow through with annual screenings. Learning how to take care of our bodies is a life-long process. Ensuring\n\n\n\n\n  that we eat a balanced and healthy diet, exercise, and take care of our mental health is essential. Most important, is the need to listen\n\n\n\n\n  to any signs your body is giving you that indicate something may be wrong. You know your body best, listen to it and act on what\n\n\n\n\n  it\u2019s telling you. See your physician if you have any questions or doubts about your health. The old adage \u201cAn ounce of\n\n\n\n\n  prevention is worth a pound of cure\u201d is very true.\n\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<h2>\n\n\n\n\n  Preventative Services Covered Under the Affordable Care Act\n\n\n\n\n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n\n\n  If you have a new health insurance plan or insurance policy beginning on or after September 23, 2010, the following preventive services\n\n\n\n\n  must be covered without your having to pay a copayment or co-insurance or meet your deductible.
