neuter fund and its mission to reduce pet overpopulation in Delaware. You do this by collecting and forwarding a rabies surcharge on each rabies vaccine administered to cats and dogs.  <a href=\"https:\/\/delcode.delaware.gov\/title16\/c030f\/sc02\/index.html\">16 Del.C. \ufffd3014F<\/a> <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n <li><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/dph\/pdf\/snprabiesremittance.pdf\"><strong>Delaware Monthly Rabies Surcharge Remittance Report<\/strong><\/a><br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n This form is used by all veterinarians to submit the Delaware Monthly Rabies Surcharge Remittance Form. Veterinarians administering rabies inoculations in Delaware must collect a $3 surcharge for each vaccine and submit the collected surcharges along with all applicable rabies inoculation verifications to the Division of Public Health on a monthly basis.
