Windy conditions redirect the plume intermittently.\u00a0 Due to environmental conditions, the release is expected to continue for\n\n\n  several hours, if not until tomorrow.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  Environmental monitoring has detected low levels of carbon monoxide and sulfur dioxide.
