The health and well-being of adolescents is shaped by\n\n\n\n  variety of internal and external factors. Young people need guidance, support and encouragement that fosters healthy development.\n\n\n\n  Delaware\u2019s Adolescent Health Program emphasizes a youth development approach in viewing this critical time period.
