TPP is supported through a variety of\n\n\n\n  government, school and community-based programs, services, and initiatives. Some of these include:\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>\n\n\n\n  Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (APP)\n\n\n\n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n\n  Supported with a grant from\u00a0Health and Human Services, APP is designed to coordinate statewide adolescent pregnancy prevention\n\n\n\n  initiatives, identify needs, target high-risk areas and populations, oversee a TPP media campaign, offer educational workshops and\n\n\n\n  technical support, as well as assist with linking programs and resources.\u00a0\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>\n\n\n\n  School-Based Programs\n\n\n\n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n\n  Several high schools in Delaware have teen pregnancy prevention programming provided through their <a href=\"\/dph\/chca\/dphsbhchome01.html\">School Based Health Centers.<\/a>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>\n\n\n\n  Community-Based Programs\n\n\n\n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n\n  Several organizations in Delaware are funded to provide teen pregnancy prevention programming.
