It is operationalized through a block grant. For an overview of the Title V\r\nBlock Grant and the national health priorities it addresses, please visit the\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/mchb.hrsa.gov\/programs-impact\/title-v-maternal-child-health-mch-block-grant\">Health Resources &#038; Services Administration&#8217;s (HRSA) Maternal and Child Health Block Grant webpage<\/a>.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\nDelaware&#8217;s Title V agency is funded in part through the Maternal and Child Health Block Grant of the Health Resources Services Administration of the United States Department of Health and Human Services. Delaware&#8217;s Bureau of Maternal and\r\nChild Health (MCH) is part of the Family Health Systems section within the Division of Public Health (DPH).\r\n\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n\r\nIn Delaware, the Title V Block Grant serves as the foundation for much of our MCH program. DPH coordinates and collaborates with many organizations and other state agencies to implement activities that address grant goals and objectives.\u00a0\r\nThe current priorities for our Title V program are a result of our recent Five-Year Needs Assessment.\r\n\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n\r\nWe invite you to review our recent Block Grant Application. This application, along with our State Action Plan, will be our guide for the work we will continue to accomplish during the five-year grant cycle.
