These centers provide a medical home for people in almost all income levels. The\r\n  health centers see insured, under-insured and uninsured patients. Services\r\n  include prenatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and elder primary care medicine and preventive programs: diabetes education, immunizations\r\n  for children, routine school and sports physicals, HIV and other sexually transmitted disease testing and counseling, cancer screening,\r\n  family planning, mental health counseling, preventative, routine and emergency oral health services, and prescription assistance.\r\n  Medicare and Medicaid is accepted and the center participates with most local employer sponsored commercial insurance plans. Application\r\n  assistance is available for Medicaid, Community Healthcare Access Program (CHAP) and other programs. A sliding fee scale discount program\r\n  is offered to qualified uninsured individuals. Staff is bilingual in English and Spanish.
