The HIV Prevention Planning Committee develops a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.delawarehiv.org\/planning_docs.cfm\">Comprehensive\n\n\n\n  HIV Prevention Plan.<\/a>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n\n  This plan outlines the committee recommendations for priority populations and interventions appropriate to each population. Membership in\n\n\n\n  the community planning group is open to the public.
