You may be eligible if you:<\/p>\r\n        <ul>\r\n          <li>Are a Delaware resident<\/li>\r\n          <li>Have health insurance that doesn&#8217;t cover screenings<\/li>\r\n          <li>Are age 21-64 and not eligibile for Medicaid<\/li>\r\n          <li>Are age 65 or older and do not qualify for Medicare<\/li>\r\n          <li>Meet income guidelines<\/li>\r\n          <li>Are not eligible for health insurance from the Health Insurance Marketplace<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n        <h2>Income Guidelines<\/h2>\r\n        <p>Delaware Residents are eligible for Screening for Life if they have a household income between 139% and 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. The Federal Poverty Level is based on annual household income and household size. A household consists of the individual, their spouse, and all dependent children under 18 years of age.<\/p>\r\n        <p>Delaware Residents with an annual household income between 139% and 250% of the Federal Poverty Level are eligible for Screening for Life if they are deemed ineligible for Medicaid. Please refer to the Federal Poverty Guidelines that match the year in which you are applying for enrollment.
