including smoking accessories such as pipes, rolling papers, filters), along with tobacco substitutes (E-cigarettes, JUULs, vape liquids, vape pens, tanks, and\u00a0 disposable devices)\u00a0 to anyone under the age of 21. A copy of the law is available on the <a href=\"http:\/\/delcode.delaware.gov\/title11\/c005\/sc05\/index.shtml\">website of the Delaware General Assembly<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<div><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/dph\/img\/21tobacco.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Under 21? Don't Even Try to Buy\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/dph\/img\/21tobacco.png\"><\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>The Youth Access Law is enforced by the Department of Safety and Homeland Security, Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement.
