The study is conducted for the program by the Center for Drug and Alcohol Studies at the University of\n\n\n\n\n  Delaware.\u00a0 The YTS provides data for planning, implementation, and evaluation of effective programs to prevent and reduce tobacco\n\n\n\n\n  use in Delaware.\n\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n\n\n  The Youth Tobacco Survey is a cooperative effort of the Delaware Division of Public Health and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and\n\n\n\n\n  Prevention (CDC).
