Through this membership,\n\n\n  community health centers, hospitals, private practices and community based organizations have the opportunity to post job vacancies that\n\n\n  can be easily accessed by candidates seeking employment. This is a free service, providing national exposure for your recruitment\n\n\n  efforts. Along with job postings, practice sites may include information about their practices\u2019 characteristics and other\n\n\n  information. Professional marketing and recruiting firms are not eligible for this service.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  Most \u201chits\u201d on the 3RNet website pertain to the recruitment and retention of physicians, physician assistants, nurse\n\n\n  practitioners, dentists, and other health care professionals, such as nurses and pharmacists. To reach potential job candidates, 3RNet\n\n\n  also exhibits at professional meetings, advertises in national journals, posts on commercial websites and mails brochures and letters\n\n\n  directly to residents and training programs.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  Delaware health care providers interested in recruitment are encouraged to explore this service by <a class=\"anchors_link\" href=\"\/dph\/contact.html#hcpr\">contacting the Health Planning and Resources Management Health Care Provider Recruitment Office<\/a>.
