OFP works with\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n        Community Environmental Health Services (CEHS) staff throughout Delaware to protect consumers and monitor complaince of food\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n        establishments with the <a class=\"anchors_link\" href=\"\/dph\/regs.html#F\" title=\"State of Delaware Food Code\">Delaware Food Code<\/a>. CEHS and OFP accomplish their mission through:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n      <ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n        <li>Permitting and inspection of restaurants, mobile units and other food establishments,\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n        <\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n        <li>Education of owners, managers and employees on food safety issues in their establishments,\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n        <\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n        <li>Information for consumers on food safety, and\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n        <\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n        <li>Enforcement activities to increase food safety in Delaware establishments.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n        <\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n        The OFP serves as an important informational resource for Delaware consumers and establishments on food safety.
