The Division of Public Health (DPH) adheres to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fda.gov\/downloads\/Food\/FoodSafety\/Product-SpecificInformation\/MilkSafety\/NationalConferenceonInterstateMilkShipmentsNCIMSModelDocuments\/UCM209789.pdf\">\n\n\n        U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) policy<\/a> that raw milk should not be consumed for any reason. Milk borne disease\n\n\n        outbreaks have been reported by several states that allow raw milk sales.
