See list and specifics below.<\/strong><br>\n\n\n\n <em>DPH is not able to receive syndromic data from EPs (eligible professionals) at this time.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n <li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Electronic Case Reporting (eCR)<\/strong><br>\n\n\n\n <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">File Specifications: HL7 electronic initial case report (elCR) standards (R1.1 and R3) for electronic case reporting (eCR).<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u200b<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n <li><strong>Cancer Registry Reporting:<\/strong><br>\n\n\n\n File Specifications: HL7 CDA R2<br>\n\n\n\n Eligible professionals will utilize the CDC\u2019s secure web-based system, Web Plus, to submit their messages.\u00a0Once a mechanism to handle these messages has been built, then the Delaware Health Information Network (DHIN) will be utilized in the transport process instead of Web Plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"text-center\">Immunization Information Systems<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>These links pertain to the submission of electronic data to Immunization Information Systems or Immunization Registries. It is these standards that we will use to eventually eliminate manual reporting requirements. The intent is for DHIN to be the vehicle for all health data that must be transmitted or reported to the state. This will create important efficiencies and cost savings. DHIN and the Division of Public Health have agreed upon the tools and methods that will be used to feed required surveillance data, reportable labs, and immunization data from the hospitals, labs, and practices to the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>We want to assure you that both the Division of Public Health and DHIN are working hard to meet your needs.
