Congregate Meals


Description Congregate meals are provided daily in group settings such as senior centers. Participants in the congregate meal program have the opportunity to socialize while enjoying nutritionally-balanced meals. As part of the program, nutrition counseling and nutrition education are also made available.
Eligibility Persons 60 years of age or older and their spouses (regardless of the spouse's age) are eligible for congregate meals. The service is also available to persons with disabilities under the age of 60 who reside in housing facilities where congregate meals are served.
