Community Living
| Description | The Community Living Program provides eligible persons with opportunities for personal, social and/or educational enrichment through and access to community resources. Persons enrolled in the program work with staff members to develop individualized plans that address their needs and interests. |

| Eligibility | Delaware residents aged 18 or over with disabilities who are able to be transported by the service provider and who do not qualify to receive this services through another program. |
