adults with physical disabilities, and caregivers statewide. The ADRC is operated by the Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities with support from partner agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>There is no charge to receive help from the ADRC, and\u00a0assistance is provided regardless of a person&#8217;s\u00a0income.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Delaware ADRC services include information and assistance; options counseling; and service enrollment support. These services\u00a0are\u00a0delivered in a variety of locations, including in an individual&#8217;s home, in hospitals, and in long-term care facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Following is a brief description of how the Delaware ADRC provides help:<br>\n\n\n\n\n\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<table class=\"table table-condensed table-hover\">\n\n\n\n\n <tbody>\n\n\n\n\n  <tr>\n\n\n\n\n   <th scope=\"col\">Information and Assistance<\/th>\n\n\n\n\n   <th scope=\"col\">Options Counseling<\/th>\n\n\n\n\n   <th scope=\"col\">Service Enrollment Support<\/th>\n\n\n\n\n  <\/tr>\n\n\n\n\n  <tr>\n\n\n\n\n   <td>Helps individuals and their families learn\u00a0about programs, services, activities, events, and other community resources related to aging and disabilities in Delaware and\u00a0provides information about how\u00a0they can get connected with\u00a0the resources that\u00a0they need<\/td>\n\n\n\n\n   <td>Helps\u00a0individuals\u00a0and\u00a0their families evaluate, discuss, identify, and\/or clarify long term care options, needs and preferences<\/td>\n\n\n\n\n   <td>Helps\u00a0individuals through the process of getting enrolled in the services or programs that they need<\/td>\n\n\n\n\n  <\/tr>\n\n\n\n\n <\/tbody>\n\n\n\n\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Delaware ADRC staff are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM to answer questions and to provide assistance.
