<!--[type=HTMLEDIT name=\"Content\"]-->\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n<h2>\n\n\n  About the proposed plan\n\n\n<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  Delaware&#8217;s Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities (DSAAPD) receives funding for the Title V, Senior\n\n\n  Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) through the Older Americans Act and the U.S. Department of Labor. SCSEP provides subsidized\n\n\n  community service work experience, job skills training, job search assistance, and supportive services for eligible Older Delawareans.\n\n\n  SCSEP goals include community service and economic self-sufficiency.
