established through <a href=\"http:\/\/regulations.delaware.gov\/AdminCode\/index.shtml\">State regulations<\/a> (known as the Administrative Code).\u00a0Listed below are links to regulations for\u00a0specific services.\u00a0All of these services\u00a0fall under <a class=\"anchors_link\" href=\"http:\/\/regulations.delaware.gov\/AdminCode\/title16\/index.shtml#TopOfPage\">Title 16 (Health and Safety) of the Administrative Code<\/a>. These professions and occupations are regulated under Title 24 of the Administrative Code.
